Construction
Our construction partner delivers each stage of the build efficiently and to our high standard of quality.

All aspects of construction are monitored, from civil works through to handover. We apply our thorough understanding of construction processes to every aspect of the build.
Completion + Handover
As construction comes to an end, the building will be made fit for handing over. As part of the handover process, our team will help familiarise purchasers with the features of the building and advise regarding the operation of any relevant equipment.
Property Maintenance
